Lohen Parchment

Programs Associate

Lohen Parchment is a social change professional with a track record of driving impact through strategic program management and community engagement. Currently, she serves as Program Associate on the Program and Community Building team at the Democracy Alliance. Through this work, she continues to foster equitable spaces in society through collaboration and conversation. Prior to joining the DA, Lohen worked at the Aspen Institute, where she helped design and deliver the First Movers Fellowship and Leaders Forum programs. She has also worked at Coqual, a nonprofit think tank, and Color of Change. Lohen holds a B.A. from Northwestern University and an M.S. from the Milano School of Policy, Management, and Environment at The New School. Apart from work, Lohen enjoys exploring new hobbies like archery or planning her next adventure away from the hustle and bustle of NYC.
