Hannah has been working with the Democracy Alliance since March 2023, first as Interim Chief of Staff to the President and currently as the Chief of Strategic Initiatives. Prior to joining the DA, she ran her own consulting firm, HRP Consulting, which helped various non-profit and public organizations strengthen their organizational strategy. Hannah also served as the Director of Strategy in the Denver Public Schools, where she facilitated the development of the district’s strategic plan and led the district’s COVID response efforts. She holds a B.A from Hamilton College and a Masters in Education Policy from the University of Colorado – Denver. Hannah is originally from Paris and Philadelphia but has lived in Denver since 2010.
