Marsha Gonzalez is an events professional with a deep passion for delivering exceptional experiences and creating memorable gatherings. An advocate for women’s rights and the Latina community, she has spent the last 11 years lending her experience to mission driven organizations. Prior to joining the Democracy Alliance, she served as the Associate Director of Events for Run for Something where she built a national events program that focused on recruiting young progressives to run for office. Additional experience includes a Latina empowerment organization (HOPE) based out of California and the policy research institute, RAND Corporation. She currently resides in Austin, TX with her rescue dog.
