Governor Terry McAuliffe signed an executive order late last week that re-enfranchised more than 200,000 Virginians who had completed sentences for a felony conviction in the past. Rights restoration has been a major focus of key DA organizations, including the Democracy Fund and the Center for Popular Democracy.
