Indivisible formed immediately after the 2016 Election with the publication of the “Indivisible Guide,”  a viral guidebook to organizing to resist the Trump congressional agenda. Indivisible has since evolved into a nationwide movement of thousands of volunteer-led local groups that engage in progressive advocacy and electoral work at the local, state, and national level—doing everything from fighting Trump Care to knocking doors for local candidates. This year, Indivisible launched Indivisible435, a 50-state effort designed to build a national volunteer program focused on taking back the House, Senate, and key state house and gubernatorial races, with a goal of making more than 6 million voter contact attempts through canvass, phone bank, and texting tools.
