Chant’e Ingram is a multi-faceted professional with more than 15-years of comprehensive experience in supporting the operational and administrative functions within the Executive Office.
Prior to joining Democracy Alliance, Chant’e worked at the Studio Museum in Harlem as the Development Operations Manager where she implemented strategic planning to improve the Development department’s operational processes. During her extensive professional experience within various business environments, she has functioned in the capacity of executive support at organizations such as Barnes & Noble, the Discovery Channel, and the Archdiocese of Washington where she developed and managed budgets, strategized and executed operational processes, created compliance policies, led and implemented the relocation of a regional office, managed an office support staff of fifteen assistants and trained new hires on office processes and procedures.
Chant’e holds a Masters of Divinity degree from New York Theology Seminary, and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from John Jay College of Criminal Justice. She is currently completing her Doctorate of Ministry degree in Pastoral Care Counseling at New York Theological Seminary.
