The Fairness Project

The Fairness Project gives voters a way to go on offense and work around our broken political system to deliver results for working families at the ballot box. The organization incubates, funds and provides sustained technical support to ballot initiative campaigns that can win, build long-term infrastructure in states across the country and move progressive policies forward. They work with grassroots organizations and activists to increase economic fairness, improve health care and deliver paid leave policies that support American families. In the past two years alone, their campaigns have raised the minimum wage for more than 8 million people, put more than $5 billion into workers’ pockets, provide paid sick leave for more than 2.1 million Americans and delivered health care for more than 70,000 people.
