The National Domestic Workers Alliance (NDWA) is the nation’s leading voice for dignity and fairness for millions domestic workers in the United States, most of whom are women. Eight states have passed domestic workers rights legislation and the NDWA’s federal rule advocacy resulted in legal protections for 2 million homecare workers. Since 2016, NDWA has combined organizing and advocacy with innovation, product development and creative partnerships for dignified jobs and dignified care to shape the future of work.
